What counts as an onboarding?
A genuinely new user who enters through the campaign's official link and completes the required step, or a creator who confirms they take part and launches with you through Onboard. We never ask for trading volume or a deposit.
How do I get paid?
The reward is fixed in USD and paid in SOL at the rate on the day of payment, from the Onboard treasury to the wallet you connected. The transaction signature appears in your history.
How are creators verified?
You give the profile link. We check the account and audience (through the platform's API where available, otherwise by manual review). The creator also confirms their own participation on a private verification page.
Can I onboard myself?
No. Self-referrals, duplicate people and fake accounts are rejected.
How are follower counts verified?
We store the username, platform ID, follower count, time, source and method. A number typed by a user is never trusted on its own.
Why do creator rewards vary?
They follow verified audience size in steps (tiers). Each campaign can set its own tiers and limits.
Do creator coins have to launch through Onboard?
Yes, for the creator reward to count. The coin's creator fees go to the creator's own wallet.
How long does verification take?
Verified submissions are usually paid within 30 minutes after verification. Some need a manual review and take longer. You always see the real status.
When will I receive payment?
After approval the payment moves to Payment Pending, then Paid. We never promise an exact minute: the 30 minutes start after successful verification.
What proof do I need?
Each campaign lists what it needs. Screenshots help, but a screenshot alone is never definitive. Attribution and the checks we run decide.
