Rules and terms
Plain words. Read this before you start a campaign, submit proof, or confirm that you take part as a creator.
Short version: bring a real, new person. A human checks it. If it is verified you get the fixed reward in SOL. Fakes, self-referrals and recycled proof get rejected.
Campaign rules
- Every campaign page lists its reward, who qualifies, who does not, how it is verified, the budget and the number of slots. Those numbers are the rules for that campaign.
- A campaign can pause or end at any time. Submissions already approved before that stay payable.
- A user onboarding means a genuinely new person who enters through the campaign's official link and completes the required step. We never require trading volume, deposits or losses.
- Each reward is for one verified person. The same person cannot be submitted twice for the same campaign.
Reward rules
- Rewards are quoted in US dollars and paid in SOL at the rate on the day of payment. The rate and the SOL amount are shown in your payment history.
- A reward is owed only after the submission is Approved. Draft, Submitted and Verification Pending are not promises.
- Budgets are reserved on approval. If a campaign's budget is used up, new submissions stop being accepted.
Fraud rules
- Not allowed: onboarding yourself, fake or duplicate accounts, reused or edited proof, fake creator consent, impersonation, follower-count spoofing, swapping a contract address, and any attempt to claim a reward twice.
- We use automatic signals (for example repeated proof, suspicious timing, clusters of the same fingerprint) to warn reviewers. A single weak signal never bans anyone on its own. A person makes the final decision and every decision is logged.
- Confirmed fraud means rejected submissions, forfeited pending rewards and a ban.
Payout terms
- Verified submissions are usually paid within 30 minutes after verification. This is a target, not a guarantee. Some submissions need manual review and take longer, and the status always tells you which.
- Payments are sent in SOL from the Onboard treasury to the wallet you signed in with. Once sent, the transaction signature is shown in your history so you can check it on a public explorer.
- If you lose access to your wallet we cannot redirect a payment that was already sent.
- Onboard is not a bank or an exchange and gives no financial advice. Crypto prices move.
Creator participation
- A member launches a coin on Onboard and enters the wallet a creator gave them. The creator does not have to use Onboard. 100% of the coin's creator fees go to that wallet, written on chain in the launch.
- A member may only launch a coin for a creator who agreed and gave the wallet themselves. Launching for someone who did not agree, or with a wallet that is not theirs, is fraud: the reward is refused, the account banned and the coin hidden.
- A reward is paid only after a reviewer sees the coin's address in the creator's bio or post, checks the follower count by hand and reads the proof the member sent. Without that no reward is paid and no badge is shown.
- The Verified creator badge means only that a reviewer saw the coin address in the creator's bio. It does not mean endorsement, financial advice, guaranteed success or guaranteed returns.
- Coins that count for a creator reward must be launched through Onboard. For those coins, 100% of the creator fees go to the creator's wallet. Onboard does not take them.
Privacy
- You sign in with a wallet signature. We never ask for a seed phrase or a private key. Never send one to anyone.
- We store: your wallet address, username, submissions, uploaded proof, payment history and notifications.
- For attribution and fraud checks we store a salted hash of the network address and browser fingerprint of link clicks and submissions, not the raw values.
- Uploaded proof is visible to you and to Onboard reviewers only. Public profiles show only what you choose to make public.
- Report a problem from any campaign or submission with the Report button.
